Our facilities in Ciudad Sahagún in Mexico have:

Quality, safety and regulations

ISO9000:2015 certified quality system
FDA approved paint coating for carbon steel silos.
Surface preparation with abrasive blasting known as shot blasting is performed under the specification of the SSPC Standard in its different classifications.
Equipment with explosion-proof systems validated by ATEX regulations.
The welding processes applied in the manufacture of the components of a welded silo are the following: SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tugsten Arc Welding) and SAW (Submerged Arc Welding).
The welded silos are manufactured according to the following codes:
° AWS D1.1 Carbon Steel Welding
° AWS D1.2 Aluminum Welding
° AWS D1.6 Stainless Steel Welding
Under ASME code (pressurizable tanks).
Welding application is performed by qualified labor in accordance with AWS requirements.
All tanks are designed and manufactured for liquid storage, in alignment with AWWA D103, NFPA 22, ASCE, API650 standards and FM Approvals requirements for fire system tanks.
